Cozy Critter Creations is based in Nampa, Idaho. We serve the entire Treasure Valley, and beyond. Outside of the Treausre Valley area, an additional travel fee may apply. 

We can also mail our Critter Crates. Please reach out to us if you are interested in shipping a Critter Crate.

The sooner the better, however our Critter Crate is perfect for any last minute event. Typically only 24 hours notice is needed for a Critter Crate. 

Please note, the closer to your event you schedule, critter selections might be limited or unavailable. You will be notified in either event to select an alternate critter, or increase the number of an already selected critter.

A non-refundable deposit, equal to 30% of the estimated party size is required to secure your date. An invoice will be sent within 24 hours, and must be paid within 24 hours or your event date will not be confirmed. Your event date will be held until the 24 hour invoice pay date expires.

A contract outlining your event details, including Cozy Critter Creations Terms and Conditions will be required to be electronically signed within 48 hours of invoice payment. 

An final invoice will be sent one week prior to your event date and must be paid in full within 24 hours. 

If the final invoice is not paid within 24 hours, your event will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

We understand that life happens, if you have any issues, please reach out and communicate with us. We will do everything we can to accomodate your circumstances.

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal. Cash is accepted one week prior to the event date.

Checks are only accepted for institutional events (schools, daycare, corporations).

If you have already placed a non-refundable deposit, and need to change the date of your event, we will do our best to move your deposit to the new date. You must reschedule the oIriginally reserved party to its new date at least two weeks prior to the original date. 

We will do our absolute best to get all of the critters you have selected. However, there are manufacturing issues that are out of our control that may prevent us from getting a certain critter. We will discuss options, including increasing the number of an already selected critter, or selecting another critter that suits your event theme.

We will do our best to accomodate a schedule that suits your needs, and depending on the number of parties booked that day. If you would like us to set up the day/night prior, please let us know. An additional fee may apply.

We need at least 1 hour prior to the party to set up. 

At this time, we do not provide tables and chairs. We are looking into possibly offering this in the future.

We bring all necessary items to set up for the Critter Workshop, including bins, hangers, etc., for displaying and decorating. You will need to provide a table or counter for this to be set up on.

There are more than 100 critters available to choose from. If you don't see what you're looking for, please let us know and we'll see if we can locate it.

For a Critter Crate, a minimum of six critters must be purchased.

For a Critter Workshop, a minimum of 10 critters must be purchased.

There is no maximum number of critters.

Our primary events include birthday parties, school events, daycares, corpoarte events, and festivals/exhibitions.
